We're looking for a motivated Administration Manager to join our friendly team.

  • Location: Hybrid – On-site at Allowah, Dundas Valley and work from home opportunities available for the right candidate.
  • Employment Type: This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover for 12 months which commences on 1 December 2025. The position is for 30.4 hours per week, 4x 7.6 hour days (Days to be negotiated).
  • Remuneration: $32.45 per hour

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the CPU Director in the development, delivery, management and review of administration priorities including maintaining, distributing and promoting Breaking the Silence.
  • Actively manage the CPU database of employees and volunteers by processing, recording and updating compliance as required.
  • Support pastoral charges in relation to compliance with WWCC, BTS and screening requirements.
  • Implement and manage compliance with child protection and other relevant obligations within the church, ensuring that all relevant systems are integrated and adhered to.
  • Develop, review and update administrative procedures and systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Work to agreed program prioritise.
  • Update the CPU Director of all relevant issues.
  • Comply with and implement all Jericho Road Policies and procedures.

Skills We're Looking For

  • Organisation – Have the ability to multi-task, prioritise duties against set strategic goals and manage deadlines.
  • Analytical – Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Communication – Have strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Technical – Possess computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database software management skills.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with others and provide support to internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Community Services or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with basic data management
  • Understanding of the Church and statutory requirements in relation to safe ministry, in particular the Working with Children Check and similar requirements in other States and Territories.
  • Be a committed Christian, in regular attendance at a local Church and willing to sign the Jericho Road Statement of Faith.
  • Demonstrate creativity, flexibility and innovation through your contribution to Jericho Road.

  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check
