Are you passionate about helping people get back on track after injury or illness? Join Work Rehab as a Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.

We're looking for an Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our supportive Sunshine Coast team. You'll work closely with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.

What You'll Do


• Develop personalised, whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans


• Assess physical, psychological, and social factors impacting recovery


• Conduct Vocational, Workplace, and Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments


• Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines


• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes


• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You


• Qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with ASORC or AHPRA membership


• 1–2 years in occupational rehabilitation preferred however new graduates are welcome to apply


• Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders


• Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes


• Must have a driver's licence, access to a pool car available
