  • $60 per hour, $174,720 annual salary with Super paid on all hours
  • Up to $10k retention bonus
  • Dozer and Haul experience in a mining environment required
  • 14/7 roster for DIDO roles in Nyngan
  • Accommodation and meals provided

MacKellar are an industry leader in the mining and civil earthmoving industries with over 50 years' experience. We supply and maintain a large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia and take pride in our people, our safety culture, and maintaining our equipment to a high standard. 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a mining environment in operating Dozers and other ancillary equipment.
  • Ensure safety is maintained at all times
  • Be flexible and interested in contributing as a valued member of the team
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions.

If you're an experienced Plant Operator with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.
