What duties will I be expected to perform?

The level and type of tasks and responsibilities will be relevant to the position being applied for with a key focus being on (but not limited to):

• Provision of quality education and care to meet the individual and group needs of all children (birth to school)
• Planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum including observations and reflections
• Creating and maintaining collaborative and respectful partnerships with children, families, colleagues and all stakeholders
• Contribution to a safe, clean and positive work environment

What Stepping Stone (SA) are looking for?

We are looking for Early Childhood Teachers to join our teams @ Aberfoyle Park, Angle Vale, Curtis Road, Evanston, Happy Valley and Morphett Vale.

From 2026, these Centre's will partner with the Office for Early Childhood Development to deliver the Flying Start 3-Year-Old Preschool. This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a trusted program that supports quality early learning and care. • Hold a qualification (Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent) that is recognised by ACECQA.
• Hold a current DCSI and/or Working with Children Check.
• Hold a current Applied First Aid (012), Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR Certificate/s.
• Hold a current RRHAN-EC & Child Safe Environments Certificate.
• Hold a current Food Handling Certificate.
• Hold a current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
• Have a good understanding of the National Quality Framework.
• Have a sound working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to contribute to a harmonious, professional and positive work culture.
