ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position starting in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the reception desk.
- Answer incoming calls, manage enquiries, and direct messages appropriately.
- Manage the sick bay, including recording entries and contacting parents when required.
- Support the administration of medication in line with school policies and training.
- Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor and manage general supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Support communication between the office and teaching staff.
- Provide additional administrative support to the office team as required.
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the Junior School reception desk.
Skills And Experiences
ABOUT YOU:
- No formal qualifications are mandatory for this position;
- Reception and phone skills;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Experience using The Alpha School System (TASS) would be an advantage;
- Experience working in a School setting would be an advantage.
