Front of House Hosts – Restaurant & Bar

Be the face of Hotel Sorrento and create unforgettable first impressions for our guests.

We're looking for personable and professional Hosts to join our team, working across:

  • Main Dining & Shi Hui Shi – managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring seamless seating using SevenRooms.
  • Bar Areas – including Salt Bar, Rooftop, Lobby Bar, and private booth spaces – coordinating bookings, assisting walk-ins, and managing VVIP guests.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms preferred, but training provided)
  • A warm, welcoming manner and confidence in a high-volume, premium environment
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak event periods
