About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Hygienist to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Machine Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly clean and sanities all production machinery and equipment, including mixers, fillers, and packaging lines
- Implement and adhere to strict cleaning protocols and procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Perform routine inspections and identify any maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain detailed records of all cleaning and maintenance activities
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our food safety and quality management systems
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Machine Hygienist or similar role in a manufacturing, food processing, or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles and food safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
