Role Overview:

We seek passionate and energetic Early Childhood Educators and Teachers to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a creative and flexible environment and are dedicated to providing high-quality, play-based, and exploratory learning experiences for children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative and engaging educational programs inspired by the Indigo philosophy, focusing on the interests and development of each child.

Maintain a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and educational development.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and learning outcomes.

Communicate effectively with families and the community to foster strong, supportive relationships.

Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the centre's continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Children's Services, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but passionate newcomers to the field are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep commitment to nature-based and child-directed educational philosophies.
