Storeperson

• $33.17 per hour plus Super.
• Work 38 hours per week Monday to Friday and finish at 12 pm on Fridays.
• Training & Upskilling provided.
• Work on unique Defence vehicle and assets.
• All tools, PPE and Uniforms provided.
• On-site Parking.

• Unload goods and check them against order forms.
• Catalogue or label items with storage details.
• Place goods in bins and on racks, or stack bulky items on floors.
• Move heavy packages using forklift machinery.
• Complete orders by selecting goods from shelves and checking them off appropriate lists.
• Package and send out completed orders to customers.
• Obtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display units or computers.
• Enter details of received delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into computers.
• Manage stock register and organise maintenance requests for tools/equipment that need annual inspections.
• Face-to-face customer service.

• Demonstrated experience warehousing, stores accounting or commercial equivalent.
• Forklift licence, essential.
• Australian driver's licence, essential. (Medium Rigid (MR) licence - highly desirable)
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Good communication, problem solving, writing and analysis skills.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft.
