Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across client sites

  • Manage external service providers, including cleaning and maintenance vendors

  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance and compliance

  • Support preventative and reactive maintenance activities

  • Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation through internal systems

  • Assist with workplace services and contribute to a positive employee experience

Background and Experience

  • With vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills (preferably)
