About the Opportunity

This is a room-rental arrangement, suitable for counsellors who prefer autonomy over their schedule, caseload, and billing. You will operate as an independent practitioner — not an employee.

You'll benefit from existing clinic foot traffic, strong community reputation, and cross-referrals from physiotherapists and other modalities.

What You'll Do

• Provide client-centred counselling
• Create and manage treatment plans
• Maintain clinical notes and documentation
• Work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary setting

About You

• Qualified Counsellor (Diploma or Degree)
• Member of ACA, PACFA, or equivalent
• Compassionate, grounded, and professional
• Looking to build or relocate your private practice

Practitioner Billing Expectations

Counsellors at private clinics typically charge:

• General Counsellor: $90–$140 per hour
• Senior Counsellor: $120–$180 per hour

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $90.00 – $140.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
