Are you an experienced and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) looking for a unique and meaningful opportunity in a rural community? We're seeking a capable and compassionate nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Collarenebri NSW, providing care across Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care settings.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be a key member of a small, tight-knit clinical team delivering frontline care in a rural hospital environment. You'll have the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills and make a genuine difference in the lives of your patients every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patients' health conditions
  • Administer medications (as per endorsement) and assist with treatments
  • Support the clinical team in both routine and urgent care situations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and promote best practice

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in ED, acute, or aged care settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and patient advocacy
  • 2 x Referee reports (12 months in date)
  • Official Statement of Services ONLY.
