We are looking for a full-time Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, but being a Pool Technician with Poolwerx is more than just a job.  It's an outdoor office because you love working in the sunshine. It's the satisfaction you get when you see a smiling family looking at their sparkling pool. It's working hours that work for you. It's growing your skills and resume through learning opportunities and long-term career progression.

As a Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, here's what you'll achieve:

  • You'll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners by delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
  • You'll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organise and list any stock stored in your ute
  • You'll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently
  • With ongoing training, you'll install all pool equipment; including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps
  • You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports
  • You'll engage and educate our customers on-site
  • You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount

What You'll Bring

  • You'll need a current driver's licence (work car provided)

  • You'll have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You'll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving
  • You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

Although we'd love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What's most important is that you're self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet, and aligned with our values.
