Cleaner (Casual)

Hours: 2 nights per week minimum, 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Geelong Aquatic Centre is a privately owned and operated swim school with two heated, salt-chlorinated pools and a strong reputation built over nearly 30 years in the community. We specialise in Learn to Swim programs, school swimming, and water safety education, and we pride ourselves on offering a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment for families across Geelong.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and inviting for our swimmers, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning changerooms and toilets
• Vacuuming floors
• Cleaning glass doors and windows
• Emptying rubbish bins
• Sweeping and hosing pool deck

About You:

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a similar position (preferred but not essential)
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the position
• Be reliable and punctual
• Hold a current CPR certificate
• Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team
• Show initiative by noticing tasks that need attention and completing them without needing to be asked
