In this role, you will manage a client-facing team whilst also delivering high quality service to our clients. The Senior Client Services Manager is also responsible for workflow management, training, and supporting Advisers in the delivery of service.

This is a 12-month max term contract with hybrid working arrangements. We're open to considering applicants across Australia.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Act as an escalation point for your team and Advisers.
  • Chair and attend business meetings as required across the Adviser Services and Client Services pathways.
  • Oversee workflow allocation ensuring capacity is managed to productivity benchmarks and overdue work does not exceed expectations.
    Ensure your team's, and your own client related work is completed in accordance within agreed service levels and turnaround days.

Let's talk about you

  • Advanced knowledge of industry specific end-to-end process.
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service within the relevant industry or similar role/environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team to capacity and providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Sound knowledge in the operation of investment platforms and MDA models.
    Demonstrated experience in the end to end Advice Preparation and Implementation process.
