Illawarra Diggers Aged & Community Care has been providing high quality care to older veterans and members of the broader community for more than 79 years. We provide a friendly and caring home for our 105 residents that seeks to enhance and support their quality and enjoyment of life.

Hospitality Services – Commercial Cleaning and Laundry Services

Illawarra Diggers are seeking applicants for Hospitality roles to provide commercial cleaning and laundry services on our residential care home. Both permanent part-time and casual positions are available.

If you are looking for a role where you can make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our older community then we would like to hear from you.

Essential

  • Ability to work in a professional  team environment
  • Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Compassion & understanding of older people
  • First Aid certificate (prior to commencement or ability to obtain post commencement)

Desirable

  • Experience in commercial cleaning and/or laundry
  • Experience in residential aged care
