What you'll be doing

To provide clinical education and training within the ward/unit to promote competence of nursing/midwifery staff

The MNCLHD are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our amazing team at the Dorrigo Multi-Purpose Service.

About you

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia who holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such educational or clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated commitment and responsibility for professional practices through the development of self and others
• Competence in the delivery of adult education at a ward/unit level and understanding of learning and assessment principles.
• Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
