Full-Time | Early Starts | No Nights | High-Volume Café

We're hiring a skilled Breakfast/Lunch Chef to join our busy café in Roselands. This role is 70% takeaway, with service through a fast-moving café window, and a focus on salads, pastas, and rotating hot dishes.

Location: Roselands

Hours: 5:00am–2:00pm

Shifts: 5–6 days per week | Must be available 7 days

No nights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years café kitchen experience – no hotel or pub chefs
  • Able to work in a high-volume kitchen – 2-person team, 500+ dockets
  • Confident with breakfast and lunch service
  • Must have café window experience
  • Strong skills in salads, pastas, and hot dish prep
  • Clean, fast, professional
  • Own transport required – no public transport nearby
