Job Description
What is the gig?
You'll Work For Two Weeks On-site, Then Head Home To Brisbane With a Week To Yourself. While You're On Site, Here's What You Can Expect

  • Preparing and cooking large-volume, high-quality meals (sometimes for 3,000+ people daily)
  • Following set menus and food safety procedures (HACCP knowledge essential)
  • Working collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high standards
  • Day and/or night shifts required working 10+ hours per day
  • Contributing to a positive, respectful kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • A recognized cookery qualification (Certificate III Commercial Cookery - essential)
  • Experience in bulk or fast-paced commercial kitchens
  • Flexibility and a team-first attitude
  • Valid work rights in Australia - Sponsorship is not available at this time
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Strong time management and resilience — this is a physically demanding job with real rewards
