About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agricultural Consultant to provide strategic advice and technical support to enhance our flower production systems, soil management, pest and disease control, and sustainable farming practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy or a closely related field

• At least one year of professional experience in a similar consulting or technical agribusiness role

• Demonstrated knowledge of floriculture, crop cycles, soil and plant health management

• Advise on pest and disease identification, treatment thresholds, and application protocols, with a focus on low-residue, IPM-compliant methods

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for on-farm staff related to plant health, fertigation, spray programs, and post-harvest handling

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

What We Offer:

• A full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications
