We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Business Development Analyst to join the team at OneVentures.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in investor relations, operations, financial services or compliance. You'll support the team across investor communications, business development, events, onboarding and fund reporting. The role offers high visibility across the firm's fundraising and investor engagement activity.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain investor contact records and manage CRM updates
  • Prepare and update investor presentations, data rooms and marketing materials
  • Coordinate meeting bookings, due diligence support and investor communications
  • Plan and execute investor events, including logistics, formatting and follow-up
  • Act as the main point of contact for investors and prospects, handling queries with the Finance team
  • Distribute fund updates and event communications using HubSpot and eFront
  • Support onboarding, subscriptions and compliance, including AML/KYC, FATCA and ILP4
  • Issue investor documentation and coordinate co-investment processes
  • Maintain procedural documentation and assist with quarterly reporting and data updates

What We're Looking For:

  • A relevant qualification such as a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Communications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in investor relations, compliance, operations or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using HubSpot, eFront or similar systems preferred
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC and investor onboarding processes
  • Interest in venture capital and technology-driven businesses

This role is based in our Sydney CBD or Melbourne office, with flexible working arrangements available under our Flex60 policy.
