About the Role

We're searching for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in running our high-performing Reservoir club.

In this hands-on role, you'll help lead daily operations, deliver an incredible member experience, and drive sales performance all while being part of a supportive, fun, and passionate team.

This position is perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and leadership and wants to grow into a future Club Manager role.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Club Manager with daily operations
  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs across membership growth, retention, and lead generation
  • Track and report on key club metrics to ensure consistent performance
  • Lead by example and help drive membership sales and retention
  • Build strong relationships with members and the local community
  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and running efficiently
  • Assist with team training, coaching, and performance goals
  • Handle admin tasks such as reporting, memberships, and stock
  • Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and uphold our values
