Construct Personnel is dedicated to fostering inclusive work environments and supporting First Nations communities. We are currently seeking motivated Civil Labourers / Spotters and Machine Operators to join our team for an exciting project in the South East suburbs.

Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled and reliable Civil Labourers / Spotters and Machine Operators to contribute to our project, which will run for five months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the civil construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Civil Labourers:

• Assist in construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

• Electrical Spotting as Required

• Machine Operators:

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders safely and efficiently.

• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Work closely with the site supervisor to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in civil construction or machine operation is preferred.
• Valid licenses for relevant machinery (for Machine Operators).
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Must be a member of a First Nations community.
