About the Role

We're looking for a technical leader to drive our
Environment as a Service (EaaS)
initiative. In this role, you'll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. Your expertise in
Azure Cloud
,
DevOps practices
, and
environment automation
will be key to delivering high-quality development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver, uplift, and maintain high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production
  • Design and implement 

self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments

with automated provisioning and cost optimization
- Build comprehensive 

automation solutions

for environment management workflows
- Enhance visibility through 

dashboards and monitoring
- Optimize configurations for 

reliability and efficiency
- Drive 

continuous improvement

in environment management processes

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in 

Azure Cloud

environment engineering

, or 

DevOps
- Strong background in 

CI/CD

, automation tools, and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with 

container technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
- Excellent communication and 

stakeholder management

skills
- Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and 

problem-solving

mindset with a focus on automation
