As a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst, you'll serve as a strategic finance business partner to our joint venture business units, providing critical financial insights that drive profitable growth and operational excellence. You'll conduct in-depth financial analysis, develop sophisticated models, and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions

How You'll Create Impact

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to designated business units, providing strategic financial support and guidance to leadership teams
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to predict future performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support critical decision-making
• Prepare and present clear financial reports to senior management with actionable insights into financial trends and performance
• Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to business partners, developing mitigation strategies
• Drive process improvements and systems automation to enhance financial operations and reporting capabilities
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and robust business case development

Required Experience and Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CA/CPA qualification preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field with demonstrated career progression
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, BI tools) and data visualization platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial analysis tools
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
