About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Ci siamo' in Sandgate, QLD. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the business to new heights of success. This is a full-time position based in our Sandgate location.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for all guests
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the restaurant team
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a talented team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service
