What you'll be doing

• Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Showcase Our Venue: Conduct engaging venue tours, highlighting our unique features and tailored packages.
• Build Client Relationships: Foster lasting connections through prompt, professional, and personalised communication.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Understand clients' visions to deliver seamless, unforgettable weddings.
• Coordinate with Precision: Oversee all logistical elements, from setup to vendor coordination, ensuring smooth event execution.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure every event meets Coolibah Downs' impeccable standards.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the events team to enhance offerings and improve client satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into bookings.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a wedding coordination or events sales role.
