About the Role

We are a well-established Orthodontic clinic with practices in Subiaco and Booragoon, in practice for over 30 years. The Role will be a fulltime role based at both our Booragoon and Subiaco clinics.

We have a highly experienced team of Orthodontists, hygienists, dental nurses and reception staff across the two clinics. We are committed to helping all of our team members reach their full potential and provide you with a professional and fun culture with practice events on a regular basis.

You will work alongside experienced Orthodontists and Hygienists, learning hands-on skills and experience with the ultimate goal of enrolling in a Certificate III in Dental Assisting through North Metro TAFE one day per week in the near future.

This entry-level role is perfect for school leavers or career changers seeking a stable, long-term position in a supportive and friendly team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting clinicians during orthodontic treatments
  • Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
  • Maintaining infection control and safety standards
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene and care
  • Ensuring the treatment area is clean and organised
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care

What We're Looking For

No dental experience required — we'll provide full training

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A natural organiser who plans ahead and pays attention to detail
  • Friendly, caring, and great at making people feel comfortable
  • Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Confident communicating with patients and colleagues
  • Ready to commit to a long-term, stable career (minimum two years)

· Presents themselves with care and professionalism

· Has own transport to be able to work at both clinics on a regular basis.

Please note: Due to the long term training required in this role, working holiday visas will not be considered. Applicants must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency with valid work rights.
