Property Manager

Our growing team at Manning Valley Property & Livestock are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join us.

Flexible hours – full-time or part-time options available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain accurate records

· Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors

· Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs

· Prepare tenancy agreements and process applications

· Monitor lease renewals, rent collections, and compliance with legislation

· Provide professional and responsive customer service

What we're looking for:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in administration or office-based role (essential)

· Real Estate / Property Management experience desirable but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate

· A focused, driven, and motivated personality

· High-level problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills

· Competent computer skills

· Process-driven with excellent attention to detail

· Strong work ethic and a positive outlook

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and programs

· High level of personal presentation

· A true team player

· Punctual and reliable

· A valid driver's license
