Daisies Cottesloe, one of Cottesloe's most iconic venues, is seeking a full-time Chef De Partie with demonstrated experience to join our team. Daisies Cottesloe is part of The Pantry Group, alongside The Other Side, Ol' Buoy, and our newest adventure, Side Piece Deli.

About the role:
You will report to the Head Chef and provide support in the day-to-day running of the fast-paced kitchen. You will be entrusted to provide the highest level of food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily food preparation
- Ensure high-quality food production, preparation and presentation
- Supervise cooking procedures
- Ensure that sanitation, health and safety standards are maintained in work areas
What will you bring:
- A minimum of three years of previous experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Formal culinary training or apprenticeship certification
- Knowledge of menu creation
- Able to maintain cost and quality standards
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Strong work ethic and positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
- Driver's license
