Produceasy Pty Ltd is a manufacturer of prepared Fruit, Vegetables and ready to eat Salads.

Our sales have been increasing creating vacancies in our Production Team. Although experience in this industry is a valued advantage it is the sort of work that most people who are physically fit and mentally agile can find success.

The sort of qualities that the Production Team seek for their new colleagues are:

  • Diligence or making sure things are done properly.
  • Good strength and stamina. We are on our feet most of the day and everything we do requires physical effort.
  • Comfortable working with a multicultural team.
  • Are reliable, the team needs to know that everyone is in every day.
  • Have basic written and spoken English, although many of our staff speak different languages, English is the language we use on the shop-floor

We are offering Casual positions that can be converted to Permanent Full Time or Permanent Part Time positions following 3 months of training and adapting.

The pay rate is dependant on skills and productivity and these are reviewed at least every 3 months.

The basic rate is $25.20/Hr (Casual $31.50/Hr) rising to $36.75/Hr ($45.94/Hr).

Overtime is available and is paid according to award rates.
