Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and personalized service.

  • Assist customers in finding the right products, explaining features, and offering styling advice.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

  • Handle cash register operations, including sales transactions and refunds.

  • Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and displays are attractive.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.

  • Actively participate in store promotions and marketing activities.

  • Uphold store standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • A team player who is motivated and eager to learn.

  • Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems.
