​Our core specialties include the construction and commissioning of substations, installation of sophisticated lighting systems, solar panel installations, and comprehensive earthing & bonding solutions. With a proven track record in substation development and electrical works, FORSA excels in providing reliable power distribution systems.

Due to company growth, which is paving the way for further expansion into local markets, we currently have a requirement for a Cable Jointer to join us on a full-time basis in our West Perth based office.

Your new role will include but not be limited to:

  • Jointing and termination of underground HV and LV power cables.
  • Terminations on various types of switchgear.
  • Installation of earthing/earth grids for substation and other underground assets.
  • Locate underground electric cable faults for repair.

Experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • Cert 3 Cable Jointer/Cert 3 distribution ESI with cable experience
  • Electrical Trade Certification (Desirable, not essential)
  • Western Power accreditation for HV & LV jointing (Desirable).
  • Current WA Driver's License.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Strong work history in Cable Jointer role.
  • 5 years + experience as a Cable Jointer.
  • HRWL – C6, LF, EWP, Rigging and Dogging
  • Supervisory experience highly beneficial
