ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is proudly Australia's leading steel manufacturing and distribution company. They are looking for an experienced Machine and Forklift Operator to join their team in Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for applicant's whose skills and experience align with the below:

  • Excavator experience
  • Forklift drivers whose roles will include some basic machine / packaging tasks.
  • Be able to work with Ops team to load and unload scrap to move around the yard.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Forklift ticket
  • Excavator ticket
  • Good attitude & behaviours
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Good attendance
  • Good attitude towards safety.
  • Physically fit, punctual, and reliable each day
  • Pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
  • It is essential you have your current Driving Licence and reliable transport.
  • Experience in scrap metal field would be a bonus.

You will be required to undergo a medical once offered the role.
