ABD POULTRY - Telesales Representative:

ABD Poultry, a well-established family business in Brisbane, is looking for an 
Internal Telesales Representative
 to help grow its customer base and increase sales. This job involves selling poultry and food products over the phone, securing new customers, and maintaining good relationships with existing ones.

Role Description:

This is an on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Hemmant, QLD. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and providing product information and training to customers.

• Make sales calls to bring in new business and keep current customers happy.
• Learn about the company's products and find ways to sell them effectively.
• Work with customers to improve sales and ensure they get what they need.
• Report to management about customer needs and market trends.
• Promote and sell new and existing products.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

What You Need:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Knowing multiple languages is a plus but not essential.
• A 
  positive attitude
   and motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication skills
   to interact well with customers.
• The ability to 
  negotiate
   and solve problems quickly.
• Good 
  customer service
   skills to build lasting relationships.
• The ability to 
  multitask
   and make smart decisions.
• Previous experience in 
  sales
   (experience in the poultry/meat industry is helpful but not required).
• Experience in training customers on product use is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Telesales or similar role is a plus.
