What's involved – Provide administrative and transactional support for recruitment processes across the Central West Hospital and Health Service, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The Recruitment Officer drafts key recruitment documentation, supports candidate communication, and assists with recruitment systems, while building skills for succession into more senior recruitment roles.
