What You'll Do

Role
As a
Team Member
or
Supervisor
, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you'll:

  • Deliver genuine, high-energy service and hospitality
  • Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation
  • Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace
  • Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)
  • Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)
  • Bring your availability and reliability – especially during key trade times

About You

  • You love fast-paced, customer-facing environments
  • You're friendly, energetic, and thrive in a team
  • You're flexible and available across weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
  • You're detail-oriented and love beautiful product and presentation
  • And of course… you've got a sweet spot for chocolate
