Supervisor - Trade Centre

This role works closely with the Branch Manager and other key stakeholders to lead, drive and grow the business to service our local trade customers.

Our store is open 6 days a week, this role may require Saturday work on a rostered basis.

Prior experience with building material supplies, or within the building industry is advantageous. The role is well suited to someone with confidence who enjoys working with people.

• Leading a positive safety and workplace culture

• Ability to cross sell product ranges to builders for a one stop shop approach

• High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Passionate about making a difference, highly personable, great communicator, engaging and supportive in approach

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work

• Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy

• Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous
