Casual Retail assistant/Assistant manager

Taigum, Queensland, Australia Donut King Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working customer service assistants to join our team

Casual role involves:

  • Giving an exceptional level of customer service to our loyal Donut King customers

  • Producing a high volume of delicious coffee made with love and care

  • Following instructions and being guided by the Store Manager and supervisors

  • Contributing to the organisation and cleanliness of the store

Assistant manager role involves:

  • Cleaning and servicing of machinery

  • Orders and stock take

  • Rostering

  • Leading shifts of 3+ staff members.

The successful applicant will show the following key skills and attributes:

  • Exceptional level of customer service

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience

  • Effective communication skills

  • Basic money handling skills

Casual role between 10-20 hours a week Monday-Friday and occasional weekend shift.

Assistant manager is a part time role for 25-35hrs/week Monday-Friday. The successful applicant needs to be available 4 out of 5 weekdays
