BM Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company based in Reservoir, servicing both residential and commercial clients across Melbourne. We're a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer and proud to deliver top-quality installations, servicing, and replacements.

We're looking for a Qualified Mechanical Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic with strong experience in the industry to join our team – someone who is ready to step into a Leading Hand role and help drive our projects forward.


About the Role
  • Installation, service & maintenance of split systems, ducted AC, gas ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and VRV/VRF systems
  • Overseeing small teams on-site and coordinating jobs from start to finish
  • Reading and interpreting plans, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and OH&S requirements
  • Working closely with management to maintain efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
  • Fully qualified Mechanical Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Solid hands-on industry experience (installations, commissioning, fault finding, servicing)
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide apprentices and tradesmen on-site
  • Current Driver's Licence, White Card, and relevant trade licence
  • Gas & refrigerant handling licence (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
