About the role: 

The Corporate Travel and Office Coordinator will be part of the Workplace Solutions team and deliver a Travel coordination and variety of Facility related services for Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the internal Travel Coordinator managing all travel related activities including coordination and collaboration with the external travel agency
  • Manage and process all Workplace Solutions supplier invoices and track spend
  • Coordinate with the team and create Workplace Solutions related quarterly reporting
  • Manage and ensure new Vendors are set up and ready to use
  • Draft and manage Workplace Solutions related communication, signage and template drafting
  • Approval of all content to be displayed on the in office info screens
  • Manage VIP meeting room bookings
  • Manage and order staff gifts through designated vendors
  • Manage fruit, coffee cart and general staff consumption items provided
