Roofer/Labourer

Position Overview

We are hiring both entry-level laborers and experienced metal roofers. Pay will be based on skill level and experience. This is a great opportunity to start a career in roofing or continue to grow your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements

• Previous roofing or construction experience preferred (but not required for laborer roles and first year apprentice)
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• White card
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $32.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
