About Our Client

Our client is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with a strong presence in Townsville, supplying critical infrastructure components across the civil and construction industries. With consistent workflow and a supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable operation.

What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking multiple factory labourers for varied roles within the precast yard. Duties will include:

  • Operating or assisting with gantry cranes (depending on ticketing)

  • Forklift operation (if ticketed)

  • Loading trucks and assembling concrete components

  • Pouring concrete and cleaning the yard

  • Assisting with general labouring and machinery operations

What You Will Need:

  • White Card

  • Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

  • Forklift and/or Crane Ticket (highly regarded but not essential)

  • Previous construction or labouring experience

  • Ability to work around large equipment and follow safety protocols
