Sandline Personnel is seeking an experienced Geophysical Technician to join our team and play a key role in collecting and analysing subsurface data while ensuring the highest safety and operational standards.

The Role

As a Geophysical Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and managing geophysical borehole logging systems

  • Ensuring accurate data collection, calibration and quality control

  • Conducting field operations in diverse environments

  • Performing basic maintenance of geophysical logging equipment

  • Supporting the mobilisation, demobilisation and transport of assets

  • Compiling detailed reports and collaborating with project teams

About you

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of logging experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with IP Tool, Emind FWS Tool, and Basic/Advanced ALT Tool

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)

  • Unrestricted Manual Driver's License & 4WD Certificate

  • Senior First Aid & Radiation Licence

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Federal Police Clearance
