What You'll Do

• Be the friendly face of reception and the go-to support for our Media team.
• Manage admin essentials — from invoices and expenses to travel and meetings.
• Keep things running smoothly by coordinating events and office supplies.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Jump in on ad hoc tasks and projects — no two days are the same.

What You'll Bring

• A flexible, proactive team player who thrives in changing environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships inside and outside the business.
• Sharp organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with solid experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
