Café Supervisor

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality, has a great work ethic, is a customer service superstar and loves working in a small team. Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. At least 2 years experience running a Café and outstanding customer service skills.

Position Description:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service, coffee making, helping kitchen team whenever needed and customer service will be required of you

• Open and close the space daily

• Lead the team to deliver excellent service to our customers

• Ensure the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly

• Maintain ordering and stocktake of the café

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain hygiene, quality and presentation of the Cafe

A little about you:

• Able to work 5 days a week. Must be available on weekends.

• A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

• Very strong all-round cafe and barista skills
