Actech is a fast-growing Australian-owned business supplying products to the building & construction industries. Actech manufactures and imports construction and concrete accessories, providing a single source for all construction and concreting requirements.

An opportunity has arisen for an immediate start working in the warehouse of our West Australian branch, within the warehouse. In this role, you will be based in our Kenwick branch, reporting to the State Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking & Packing customer orders
  • Operation of a forklift
  • Unloading of shipping containers
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Assisting with stock and inventory control
  • Some deliveries using a company vehicle

About You

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse is essential.
  • Must have a current forklift license – or be willing to obtain one
  • An MR truck license would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Must have a current Australian (manual) driving license.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, positive, self-motivated, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Computer competency will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with the use of RF scanning will be highly regarded
  • Ongoing training will be provided for the right applicant

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (Required)
