Your Role

As a Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant, you'll combine your design expertise to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective design consultations
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and create tailored kitchen solutions
  • preparation of accurate quotes and compelling 3D kitchen renders
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the design and sales process
  • Monitor timelines, workflows, and productivity to ensure efficiency and results
  • Collaborate with showroom and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, ideally within a showroom environment
  • Minimum 2-3 years of kitchen design and sales experience required
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple projects
  • A genuine passion for design excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
