What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team
  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and decision-making frameworks
  • Drive internal communication, culture, and staff engagement
  • Represent Jabiru in high-level forums and partnerships
  • Contribute to strategic planning, Board reporting, and operational reviews
  • Champion organisational effectiveness, governance, and process improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, policy, law or similar
  • A sharp, strategic mindset with the ability to execute with precision
  • Strong political and social awareness to inform advice and decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A deep understanding of culture-building and internal influence
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check

Highly regarded – experience navigating ambiguity, leading multi-stakeholder projects, and influencing at the executive level.
