Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Early Childhood Educator role located in Zetland, NSW. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children. Daily responsibilities include creating a safe and inclusive environment, engaging in meaningful interactions with children, managing classroom dynamics, and collaborating with families to support each child's growth. Educators are also encouraged to contribute creative approaches to activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and expertise in Working With Children.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Early Childhood Development principles.
  • Creativity Skills to design engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Effective Organization Skills to plan and manage educational programs efficiently.
  • Relevant Early Childhood qualifications (e.g., Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education).
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • Passion for fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
